Corporate Users of Kazakhtelecom Now Have Access to Cloud Video Communications Based on Mind Solutions

12 August All corporate users of Kazakhtelecom will now have access to the online video conference service as part of the agreement. The service is provided using the Mind cloud software. The partnership follows the white label model which allows Kazakhtelecom JSC to include the developer’s products in its own solution packages under its own brand.

The new Online Conference service will enable conducting virtual meetings and on-the-spot conferences with colleagues and partners regardless of where they are or their time zones. It is a convenient alternative to offline meetings, conferences, interviews, and training events if the participants are in different locations of the city, the country or the world. Using online conferences, the participants can communicate in a teleconference mode, exchange text messages, draw on a virtual board, or collaborate on documents. Surveying, polling, or participant desktop display can all be part of an online conference.

According to Nadezhda Glukhova, the Kazakhtelecom Commercial Director, “The National Operator status forces us to constantly expand the range of services we provide to our clients. We understand that in accordance with the global trends, the business in our country is becoming more and more mobile and requires new approaches to improving communications efficiency. It is our task to help it achieve that goal. In particular, now all our clients have access to video conferencing service, which provides maximum communications at minimal cost. We chose the Russian company Mind as the partner because their product is very reliable, cost-effective for the clients, and easy to use. They are also the only ones who offered us the most acceptable partnership terms according to the white label model.”  

Mind video solutions do not require additional expenses for IT infrastructure, no additional software or hardware needs to be purchased or installed: they are available directly through the Internet browser. The service is provided using the Mind cloud software. In order to arrange a video conference all you need is a web camera and a computer that is connected to the Internet.

Mind experts estimate, based on company client surveys, that the use of video communication solutions on average reduces offline meetings by 35%, which on average generates up to a 26% reduction in business travel expenses and up to 14% savings on telephone expenses.

International data also confirms the potential for using video solutions in business. According to the Wainhouse Research survey of 5,000 corporate users, 94% confirmed the rise in business effectiveness and efficiency as a result of using video conferencing and 87% – increased speed of decision-making and reduction in business travel expenses, taking into account that 25% of those surveyed conduct video conferences daily, 39% – weekly, and 21% – monthly.
